Should you not be completely satisfied with your kit, or you are no longer attending your college course, please return your kit in its unused condition to:

Please include a letter with your returned kit detailing your full name & address details and instructions on what you would like us to do with your returned kit, i.e. refund the kit or exchange it for an alternate kit. Any refunds will be made minus the cost of the original postage for us to send the kit out to you.

We are unable to accept responsibility for return postage cost or items lost in transit to us. We recommend you return the goods by carrier or recorded/registered delivery. Refunds will be made within 48 hours of receiving your returned kit. Should you have any queries at all, please do not hesitate to contact a member of staff.
