Our priority is to offer the best possible customer service to our customers at all times. We have created the following list of frequently asked questions which you may find useful before contacting us.

How Do I Order My Student Kit 

  To order your student kit, you will need an order form from your college with a college code. Once you have an order form, please click here and follow the instructions on our student ordering section. If you do not have an order form, please contact your college as you will not be able to place an order without one.

Can I Place an Order By Telephone?

  We are unable to accept orders by telephone. All orders must be placed online and then will be processed as quickly as possible.

How long will my kit take to arrive?

  Please allow up to 14 days for your kit order to be shipped. All kits are made specifically to your colleges requirements, and are produced in date order.

Can You Give Me A Specific Delivery Date?

  Unfortunately, due to the high volume of kits being ordered, manufactured and delivered, we can not advise an exact delivery date, we can only advise that your kit will be dispatched within 14 days. Once your order is dispatched we'll email you with the tracking information and a specific delivery date.

Can I Pay For Faster Shipping?

  We build and ship all orders in date order and unfortunately cannot process orders ahead of any others. During the peak period of August and September, we experience extremely high order volumes, so working in a date order is the fairest way for all of our customers.

Can I collect my order?

  As we are a manufacturing and distribution centre, we are unable to provide a collection service. All orders need to be placed online and processed for delivery.
7.

Can I Make Changes To My Kit?

  All kits are specific to your college and come as a sealed pack. We are not able to change or remove any components within the kit. It is important to note, we build to your colleges requirements.
8.

I've Got A Problem With My Delivery

  We work incredibly hard to ensure all kits arrive on time and in perfect condition. However, should you find an issue with your kit on arrival, such as a breakage or shortage, please contact us on 0116 284 7022 or email info@collegekitsdirect.com and one of our helpful friendly team members will investigate this for you as a priority.
